Get Started

Therapy is about processing, healing, and making healthy changes in behavior. It is a great sign of growth when you no longer feel the need for therapy sessions; it means you were successful in making the changes you wanted. I take this approach to the therapeutic process to make our time together the most effective and efficient it can be for you.

I will be happy to talk with you about what you are looking for and the possibility of working together. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

FEES

Insurance
I accept BlueCross BlueShield, United/Optum insurance, and a variety of other insurances you may view on my Headway page.

Private Pay
The fee for a 50-60 minute session is $125. I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Accepted methods of payment are cash, check, all major credit cards, and contactless pay such as Zelle.
